Hi Tigers
As of Saturday the 27th there will be a change to the Saturday class timetable.
Juniors will have an exclusive general class from 9:00am -10:00am
Bigger people will have a general class from 10:00am -11:30am
Also Black Belt and Grading preparation class will run concurrently with the bigger peoples class.
General classes will cover all attributes of Sparring, Poomsae and Self defence and will be run by TIm Huggins.
