Wednesday
5:30pm - 6:30pm (1 hour class)
Type: General Class, rotates between technical, sparring and self defense...
Ages: Under 12s
Levels: Beginners, white belts, yellow belts, orange belts, green belts.

A great class for children who are beginning taekwondo, lots of fun.

6:30pm - 7:30pm (1 hour class)
Type: General Class, rotates between technical, sparring and self defense
Ages: Older children
Levels: Blue belts, purple belts, red belts, black belts

7:30pm - 9:00pm (Approximately an hour and a half class)
Type: General Class, rotates between technical, sparring and self defense
Ages: Over 12s
Levels: All belts and beginners.

A mixed senior class. Great for lower grades and higher grades training together. Lower grades get the help and example of higher grades, and will sometimes be pushed to try things higher than their current level. Higher grades can take more of a leadership role as they are the role models to the lower grades, and it's a good opportunity to take it back to basics.

Everyone is welcome to this class and it is a great class for families to train in together. A nice poomsae class.

General Class concentrating on Self Defence and close quarter combat.

Currently our only sparring class for all ages, great for fitness and improving your ability to play the sport. A must if you plan on entering a sparring competition.
Full dobok is not required for this class, minimum dress is your dobok pants.
