Congratulations  to our newest Black Belt graduates on their successful grading today!
An excellent standard across all the technical elements of poomsae and step sparring was displayed, and the whole group absolutely smashed their boards 🙂
The self defence was awesome to watch; the room bursting into ferocious and intense action.
A great finish with everyone busting out 8 rounds of full contact sparring, including one round of contact two versus one. Some quality action on the mat!
